Shipping information
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed during weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received.
2. Shipping and Collection Options
Products can be delivered within Slovakia using the following methods:
GLS – home delivery: 4.99 EUR
Packeta – pickup point / Z-BOX: 3.99 EUR
Personal collection – by prior appointment only: free
60 EUR and above – free shipping.
Personal collection is available only by prior arrangement. Available collection time slots will be sent by email after order confirmation.
The exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout before the order is finalized.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
For personal collection, the pickup time is arranged individually.
4. Taxes
All prices include the applicable Slovak VAT (DPH). No additional charges apply to the customer.
5. Tracking
Tracking information is sent by email after dispatch (not applicable for personal collection).
6. Failed Delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will contact you or leave a notification. Redelivery can be arranged or the parcel can be collected at a pickup point.
If the parcel is returned to us, the customer bears the cost of reshipping.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned goods have been received.
