In 2005, Melinda founded Melinda Wax® after identifying a major gap in the market: many waxes were overly sticky, brittle, painful, and irritating to the skin. She set out to create high-quality, original waxes with superior performance and appealing scents. The range soon expanded to include pre- and post-wax products as well as manicure and pedicure care, becoming top sellers in Southern Africa.

The true breakthrough came with the creation of Supernova Wax® – a fully synthetic, rosin-free wax designed to significantly reduce pain, redness, and allergic reactions.
